A live printing activation is an on-site custom apparel experience where guests watch their garment being decorated in real time. Instead of receiving a generic branded item, every guest gets something personal — made for them, in front of them, at your event.

CCA brings professional printing equipment and an experienced operator team directly to your venue. We handle all the setup, production, and teardown. Your guests handle the fun part — watching their custom piece come to life.

Hugo Boss - World Cup Brand Activation 

CCA produced a live printing activation for a private Hugo Boss World Cup event. Guests purchased a premium Hugo Boss polo or tee and had their name and number printed on the back — right on the spot, in real time.

Contact CCA with your event date, location, and expected guest count. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance.

Confirm artwork & garments

We source your blank garments and finalize your approved artwork and get everything ready!

We set up on-site

CCA's team arrives at your venue with all equipment and sets up a professional branded printing station.

Full teardown

CCA handles complete teardown and cleanup after your event. Nothing left for you to manage.

What types of events do you produce live printing activations for?

How many pieces can you print per hour at a live activation?

Output depends on the decoration method, design complexity, and number of stations. DTF printing is our fastest live method. Contact us with your event details and expected guest count and we'll recommend the right setup.

Can guests choose their own design or personalization?

Yes — we can set up a station where guests choose from pre-approved design options, or add their name and number to a set design. The Hugo Boss activation is a prime example — each guest had their name and number printed on a premium polo or tee right in front of them.

Do you supply the garments or do we?

CCA supplies all blank garments from our 3,000+ product catalogue — or we can decorate garments you supply. For premium brand activations, we work with your preferred garments. Contact us to discuss the best approach for your event.

How far in advance should I book a live printing activation?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to allow time for artwork approval, blank garment sourcing, and equipment scheduling. For large events or multi-city activations, book as early as possible. Contact us as soon as your event date is confirmed.
