Returns Policy
We're proud to have 10+ years of experience creating high-quality custom apparel, but we know mistakes can happen.
If there is an issue with your order, we'll work hard to ensure your satisfaction. Please compile an email with your order number and images of the issue with your order to info@canadiancustomapparel.com and someone from our team will reach out to you within one business day.
No Returns or Refunds
All orders are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. As we do not hold stock or inventory of these items, each product is created specifically for the customer based on their selection.
Sizing
To assist with selecting the correct size, detailed size charts are provided for every product. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review these charts before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in incorrect sizes.
Color Variations
Please note that while we strive to represent colors accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric dye lots. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the final color of the garment or item.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if a manufacturing defect is identified (e.g., incorrect sizing or production issues not aligned with the size chart or product description). In such cases, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
