We're proud to have 10+ years of experience creating high-quality custom apparel and many 5-star customer reviews, but we know mistakes can happen.
If there is an issue with your order, we'll work hard to ensure your satisfaction. Please compile an email with your order number and images of the issue with your order to info@canadiancustomapparel.com and someone from our team will reach out to you within one business day. We ask that you just let us know within 14 days of delivery.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell cannot be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition (never worn). If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of delivery. Decorated products cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Cancellation Period: Customers must request cancellation within 24 hours of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all canceled orders to cover the cost of restocking the items. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the order cancellation has been approved. The refund amount will be the total purchase price minus the restocking fee.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Canadian Custom Apparel.
Right to Modify: Canadian Custom Apparel reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Please review the policy regularly for any changes.
