Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on most products. Screen printing has a small per-design minimum (24 units); embroidery and DTF don't.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes — pickup is available at our Concord facility, a short drive from most of the GTA.
How long does production take?
3–7 business days for orders of 1–12 pieces, 7–10 business days for 12+. Sock and jersey orders run longer — ask your rep for exact timing.
Do you offer free shipping to Toronto addresses?
Yes — free shipping across Canada, including Toronto, on orders over $400.
Can you set up a branded webstore for our team or company?
Yes — we build and fully manage corporate, school, and team webstores. Orders come straight to us for production and shipping.
Can you match Pantone colours for Toronto bulk orders?
Yes, we can match specific Pantone numbers based on your brands guidelines. This is possible with screenprinting (24pc minimum)
