Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order quantity required to host a webstore. There is, however, a minimum order quantity for some of our apparel and promotional products.
How long does a campaign store run?
Campaign stores typically run for 2-4 weeks. Once the store closes, all orders are processed together and production begins.
How do customers pay for their orders?
All payments are processed securely through the webstore at checkout using major credit cards or available payment options.
What happens if a size or item is out of stock?
If an item goes out of stock or is discontinued, we will remove that size/colour from the site, alert any customers who have ordered and provide an alternative option for purchase.
Are returns or exchanges allowed?
Since items are custom-decorated, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or production issue.
Can we offer a discounts or pay for employee orders?
Yes! Discount codes can be set up for your webstore if you’d like to offer a percentage or dollar amount off their purchase. You can also choose to cover the entire cost of employee orders.
